Kairo Link holds its athletes and families to a high standard. Please review all requirements carefully before submitting an application.

Requirements

All seven requirements must be met to be considered for any KairoLink program.

    Demonstrated financial need

    Minimum B average (3.0 GPA)

  3. 03

    Good school attendance record

  4. 04

    Required KairoLink supplemental training attendance

  5. 05

    Strong work ethic and coachability

    Parent/guardian commitment to the program

    Community involvement

Program Standards

The KairoLink Standard

Acceptance into KairoLink programs comes with expectations. Our athletes and their families commit to the following standards on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.

Academics

Maintain a minimum B average and attend school consistently.

Training & Attendance

Attend all required KairoLink training sessions and notify coaches of absences in advance.

Leadership & Character

Demonstrate respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials at all times.

Sportsmanship

Compete with integrity, accept outcomes gracefully, and support teammates.

Accountability

Take ownership of actions on and off the field. Mistakes are learning opportunities.

Community Service

Participate in community service opportunities as required by the program.

Athlete Commitment

Actively engage with mentors, coaching staff, and academic support resources.

Parent Commitment

Attend parent meetings, stay informed, and model the values KairoLink stands for.
